If you have doubt then you are unreasonable and reasonable people will find Zimmerman guilty??

You are using the emotional argument. That can not be proven in court.

Emotions aside, the facts in the case support Zimmerman's story. He will walk. The prosecution has presented no facts that will convict Z.

And yet both sides are playing to the jury's emotions.

This is what happens in court, right or wrong.

You hinted that if he was white GZ wouldn't have labeled him as suspect. I said you cannot even remotely hope to prove that, only the other way around.
What I was implying, obviously, is that if TM was white, this case wouldn't have gotten the attention of so many people.
In addition, the fact that TM is black is only ammunition for people like you to use in your attempts to make this a racial issue. None of you folks even try to look at this as an incident involving two people, instead of making this a white vs black murder.

Both sides get three hours. The state could have done their three hours all at once. But they wanted to split it so they could go last. The Defense doesn't get to split it.

Actually no, it doesn't. This case is a circus act on behalf of the state/prosecution.

WRONG. If Martin wanted to get home, he had four and a half minutes to get home ... a home that was only a football field away.

Hint - Look into what he just posted at you. I'm affraid his point and your's pretty much collide. What he's insinuating by the mentioning of Channon Christian & Christopher Newsom, is that white-on-black crimes are drawing the attention of racial crimes immediately while black-on-white crimes do not.

Please stop thinking with your heart as you are now not only wrong, you are not even realizing what you are being told.

Pretty sure he went way over his time limit. That's another grounds for appeal should he need it.

My God...you still dont realize that the "racial judgemental statements" were edited by CNN to show just that? The actual communication was that the dispatcher ASKED and GZ replied that he was black...I dont have the actual transcript but what you are referring to was a hatchet job by those at CNN who no longer have jobs. They cut out the dispatcher asking the question that prompted GZ's reply concerning the race of the person being discussed.

Zimmerman violated his own neighborhood watch rules.

Zimmerman ignored instructions from 9/11 dispatcher to "not follow" and "stay in the vehicle".

If he had done what he was supposed to, Martin was no threat to an armed man inside a vehicle.
