It was holstered on his side not in the small of his back.

As just pointed out in rebuttal, even if gun was holstered on the side, he still can't reach the gun with Martin in the mounted position as Martin's legs would be covering it.

I challenge anyone, lie on your back, have someone mount you, equal weight, heavier it doesn't matter, but let's say someone weighing 150 lbs, then try to pull out a holstered gun from behind you. You can't do it. Forget someone is punching you in the face and that you would naturally be defending the blows.

Zimmerman's lied multiple times.

what a hypocrite.... he has used the word "child" so many times I literally wanna puke....

The test for that ..... someone ask him if he'd want to meet up with that 'child' on a dark night .... that 'child' who was full of gansta' talk and thug-isms; that 'child' who took pictures of himself waving a gun around; that 'child' who was into drugs; that 'child' who filmed himself getting into street fights.

I wonder if that prosecutor would still be calling Martin a 'child' if he ran into Martin by himself late at night in the dark. I doubt it.

Wow, that was a straight up lie there.
He said he would meet the cops at the mailbax, where he was parked. He didn't say he would meet him at the car? BS lmao

That was a pretty pathetic display, and the point at which I quit watching. It was an insult to the intelligence of the jurors and everyone else. If I were on the defense team, I'd remind the jurors that at age 17, that 'child' was old enough to enlist in the military with parental consent. Child...give me a break.

This is getting worse. How you guys that support the prosecution are not admitting this is the worst prosecution ever is beyond me. This Mr Guy is clearly talking to the cameras because this is not something you say in court. Use your heart? Aren't you in a court that's supposed to use facts and evidence?

Sir, he's referring to Zimmerman's state of mind and the preconceived notions he had that caused his predjudice, which is clearly evident in the 9/11 call.

Maybe you wouldn't be able to do it. Obviously you've never been on the ground with someone beating your head in. Its not as hard as you might think to get what you need to continue your life.

MOTF!

Edit: I would accept your challenge and leave you completely speechless. Source: Had the crap beat out of me on different occasions.

So people that have had incredible feats of strength during high adrenaline situations are not true?

"Because a 10 year old could've hacked and made them up".
A direct quote from the Judge. I may be mixing up the number, but you get the point.

Absolutely idiotic.

The prosecution is asking tons of questions ... but isn't giving any answers and is giving no viable timeline of events. The prosecution is giving no evidence. Side note ... this guy is really irksome. Still reminds me of Ned Ryersons personality (Groundhogs Day)

My opinion, because it would cause an emotional reaction, which is kind of ironic considering the prosecution's idea of lawfull court room conduct....

Try telling that to everyone who has smeared Trayvon Martin's character from the outset of this "investigation."

I was referring to the court...the case in court.

In the court of public opinion TM was first portrayed as some innocent 12 year old who was gunned down in cold blood. The truth came out, regarding his character and attitude.

You do remember the pictures etc and the portrayal as being an innocent child, right? Pains were taken to avoid portraying him as a 17 year old almost 6 ft man who glorifies fighting, drugs and "urban" values...you remember that?

Personally, I felt insulted when I discovered the truth from the initial portrayal. Initially I was all for hanging GZ, until I discovered what a paintjob they were doing to portray TM as such an innocent young "child".

btw: paintjob = lie

Again, bringing up and dismissing injuries, when the witness for the prosecution specifically said he don't need any injuries.

Now he disproved his whole argument. Trayvon was not fighting for his life, because Zimmerman shot him in the chest. LMAO he debunked his own case!

Again .. it's coming to my mind ... this jury is going to be PISSED OFF when they are finally allowed out and they get to see the information on Martin that was withheld from them. The prosecution is saying 'scared child' ... but in reality Martin was a thug on drugs who played with guns and luv'd street fighting. That's not a 'scared child'. The jury is going to be PISSED OFF when they find that out. I sure would be.

They want a 'handsome' man talking emotion to be the last one to talk to the women. Psyops.

Now he's saying Trayvon was armed with a pavement.

The prosecution witness stated very clearly that a person is armed with their fists and, if they use the sidewalk, the sidewalk then is something they are also armed with. That's in the court testimony.

That was testimony...you speak of facts. What do facts, evidence and testimony have to do with this trial?

Sorry, sarcasm/off

Ma'am, he's not doing anything of the sorts. He's realizing his and the state's case is litteraly wrecked and the only thing they have left is keep trying to blast emotions at the moms in the jury.

This is not the sort of stuff you are saying in court if you are a representative in the case. The very concept of a court house is quite the opposite - use facts and evidence and not the heart.

Yep. Pre-trial I was thinking negligent manslaughter. Now, after seeing the 'evidence' I am at 'not guilty'. Man, the jury is going to be really really ticked. If it were me, I'd be on the TV news complaining about not getting all the information and being spoonfed that Martin was a 'scared child' when in fact Martin was a SCARY all on his own.

He probably wishes he was in Groundhogs Day right now, so he could go back and redo this trial everyday.

He's clean cut but I wouldn't say 'handsome'. He's annoying IMHO. But I hear ya'.

The Live Feed says that the jury is paying close attention. THat's from inside the courtroom ....

"Trayvon Martin is not, will not, and will NEVER be a piece of carton".

-Mr. Guy, Prosecutors, trying to perform damage control on O'Mara's move (showing GZ's and TM's true size in carton figures).
This was actually hilarious. I could smell his anger.

Edit - Lol, now he's doing damage control on his poor selection of witnesses; "It's this guy's fault! *points at GZ*".
Also, he just said "Enough with this common sense".

Should I laugh or cry? That's just golden.
