A duck crying for its ducklings gets help from cops!

The police are not always bad.. Here is a video of some police officers helping out mother duck and her family..

aww..so cute..! I would have helped too..

Watching the panicked distress the mother is in, is heartbreaking. Who would not come to their rescue/!

This is wonderful. I did notice they were women police officers, so probably strong mother instincts to help out another mother in distress, even if the mother was a duck.

I am a grandmother, so I would have helped this mother too, if I happened to wander upon her situation.

I listened to a piece on CBC radio last week where a duckling had fallen into one of those catch basins and swam up the sewer.
A person who was helping try rescue the duckling downloaded an APP on his phone for a Mallard duck feeding call,lured the duckling back to the catch basin so that could catch it and return it to the mom.
