Also, regarding your comments about breakfasts and/or fried foods... I used to live in a pub. It had a cafe. I weighed in at a tiny eight stone at
the time. This was despite eating double fried breakfasts with a beef burger on the side, all under thick melted cheese on a frequent and regular
basis. I also used to work like a man possessed, and never slept more than two hours in a night, what with being busy living in a pub (read being
drunk as all merry hell).
You dont have to go to the gym, just work hard and get wasted
