In 2012, Bashir gave Christians till March 1 to leave North Sudan, but half a million of them were stranded, leaving them open targets for Muslims thirsty for Christian blood.
The IDO has been created by the Sudanese Government, which is considered by the U.S. State Department as a terrorist state.
