It got me thinking back to my art days and an artist I came to love . And who I searched for on ats but it seems you may not have been introduced here yet. So I did the typical search . Turned up nada so here he is... .

This is mr Boggs. en.m.wikipedia.org...

He is an artist that's draws money on one side .

And they are beautiful works of art .he then trades for the face value of the note in goods and services.

This fellow is quite the artist, and he has a good gimic to go along with his artwork. I met a guy once who drew postage stamps, and actually mailed them and got them postmarked. I think Picasso used to do sketches on tablecloths and leave them as payment for his dinner, although it may have been someone else I'm thinking of - it was a well known artist that did that. Thanks for this interesting thread.

I wouldn't even call it a gimmick

He won't sign it unless you accept it

And his notes are worth more than the face value

I wish i could find the full length segment on him though

And a great way to learn some things are more valuable than money
