What timing! I was stuck working overtime yesterday morning. Then as I went to leave, someone had knocked my side mirror off my car. So I had to call the police and do an accident report... etc, etc.

Anyway, it was close to 11:00 a.m. before I got home, but I had a message from my friend, Scribe, to go to the thread. She saw where you had mentioned me. Thank you.

Ya know. I have days where all I wanna do is sleep and it's because I'm sad. I haven't been gettin as sad lately which is good. I did get really sad last night and ended up not even having dinner cause when I get upset it also upsets my tummy...

Anyway...I've been trying to dance at least once a day to at least one song. I have been listening to a lot of daft punk and others like them. I dance out my frustrations and sadness and just let the music take control
So dance it out try it sometime...everyone has some type of rhythm within
