Big Jackpot Lotteries are a scam

They are a scam and i want to win one!

One need not mess up the lottery situation with wild assertions.
One needs only remember a remark I heard once and attributed to an Italian:

"Lotteries are a tax on fools."

( know how the fools argue toward that: "But it is my only hope to escape my situation."
If that is their (or your) only hope, than the situation is hopelessly hopeless.
