Ok, I will not give where i obtain these(not a website) but ok:
-They test Cosmic Rays(time travel) in the Mountains near there and you are told not to look at the mountains.
-The convoy that comes in , has 18 wheeler trucks which could be carrying anything. The guard at the gate dosent check them or anything. They go directly to a hangar like area and do..stuff.
-There are hardly any people above ground. Most just troops are above ground, but there is like an underground type city there(kinda like Resident Evil) and it is just like a town with schools and things, But no people(awkward huh?)
- and last, every so often, there will be a staircase out in the desert area, it sits there for 2-3 days then just...disappears.
This sounds like an airplane exit staircase but it couldnt be due to the rocks in the desert.(UFO?)
