That actually is pretty good. Kinda makes me wonder if artists submit stock music to some sort of pool that they can draw from if they can't come up with anything and feel like burning the extra cash. It would explain why the lyrics of one song and the music of another go so well together.

I used to love NIN until I grew up and got less angry...then seeing him at the Oscars sealed my opinion. This clown is not angry or angst ridden far from it! Frankly ALL THE MUSIC industry TOOLS are just a bunch of psy ops that are not what any of us think they are! Strangely, it kinda works.

And this is not some new phenomenon, a lot of music and lyrics synch up, it has to do with basic song structure. Go to bands like Mars Volta and I bet you will not find any other band match up lyrics to it.....

And here, if you have never seen this, it will crack you up and show you how many songs mix with simple structure...

What's sad is I really don't know the tune that is being played.
I've heard pieces of it, I think, but can't quite put the song together...
But it trashed the concept of the song, IMO.

Now, NIN I know well and enjoy thoroughly.
Trent is a freaking beast these days, unlike his skinny, pale 90's image.

In a demonstration of anticlimactic entertainment, I pulled up the song when I arrived home from work.

Nobody took a picture, but I feel pretty certain that the last time I looked that disappointed was when I realized that soy - something I'm very allergic to - was in most chocolate and candy.
