I'm not able to look here in Florida at the moment due to heavy rain but I was hoping someone could bring out there telescope and tell me if they see anything. My mom just called me from Burton Michigan and said that she sees an object next to Venus that is "Twirling" "Red" and "Yellow".

I can't really put an opinion on it since I'm not able to view it myself so hopefully someone here can debunk it, explain it or possibly view it and or post a picture.

Thanks guys!

Have you loaded up Stellarium to see what is supposed to be in that spot at the moment?

If not, you might want to download it and rule out anything in space that is expected to be there. That can change frequently, depending on the nature of the objects.

No, I haven't tried Stellarium yet but I'll check it out. Thanks for the information!

It's likely to be Jupiter rather than Venus. Not knowing where she's looking my first guess would be Capella. See if that checks out on Stellarium.

Can't be Venus. She's not visible at the moment. Too close to the Sun.
We did have a recent sighting which has been confirmed by the sightor to be Capella.
