Looks like a prairie dogging cloud. Was this video shown on Fact or Faked? If not I am sure it was one similar to it.

Fake. Why? CGI element is not properly tracked onto background plate/footate...when there is too extreme camera motion it loses track and thus slides against the background element. Sure sign of After Effects compositing.

All it would take is for someone to stabilize the footage and the bad motion of the CGI craft would become apparent.
