I wanted to share this list because of how better my body is benefiting from eating healthier and natural. Compered to eating fast food or junk food. Even with a few days passing I feel like a million bucks compared to being grungy and sluggish. If this list can help me, it can help you too!

The foods you eat do more than fill your belly; they give your body the nutrients it needs to survive. What you eat can affect how you feel today, and how you may feel years from now.

Some foods fuel your body’s natural disease-fighting abilities, which can reduce your risk of health problems. Other foods can deplete your energy and impair your digestive system. Click through the slideshow to learn about high-vitamin foods, which can help you get the nutrition you need.Text

Yes, "munches on my carrot". It's a good list that shows what vitamins are needed for your body and what not. Thought I would share. But I do miss fast food burgers. Just saying haha.

Oh, oh, Green Giant! What I love to do with veggies and fruits (Celery, raisins, apples, carrots, etc. ) is put peanut butter on it and then proceed to eat. What the peanut butter does is make the strong flavor of the veggies and allows you eat healthier in a more tasty alternative way.

Don't forget the amino acid lysine which has been linked (by the National Center for Biotechnology Information) to reducing anxiety by reducing the cortisol hormone when eaten in quinoa and amaranth. Both quinoa and amaranth will pop like popcorn - eat your tiny popcorn and reduce your stress!

Gotta remember that primates lacking "Vitamin C" (ascorbic acid, it's not really a vitamin) is the cause of a major genetic disease which all humans, other apes, and monkeys have. It really can't be cured by eating fruits (although that lessens the symptoms) but has to be supplemented. See any or all of the several very good threads on 'Vitamin C' on ATS.

Think your link is broken - only found references to veggies.

They should have added organ meats - the nasty parts of the animal usually contain a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Some vitamins are assimilated better with a little bit of fat/oil, and the peanut butter supplys that.

I like a little almond butter and a tiny bit of honey on my celery sticks.
