Boston: Watertown House Schedueled For Controlled Explosion , unsafe for investigation?

That's right! So, the man hunt for the Boston bombing suspect turned up something at a house that nobody can investigate and they're going to blow it up?

I hope I'm missing something here. Does anybody have any information about this?

Alben also announced there would be a controlled explosion later today in Watertown, at a house that was secured by police but deemed unsafe for investigators to search.

another interesting part of the article:

CBS News producer at the scene witnessed a woman being taken away authorities, being dragged by her arms. It was not known if she was being arrested or resisting being evacuated.

My "cover up" sensors are going off! Wonder if they will end up claiming the second suspect died in the explosion? And who is the woman they dragged out of the "unsafe" house? Too many questions.

Dead men, errr homes, tell no tales...

CNN is reporting that law enforcement has recovered a significant amount of "homemade explosives" during their investigation today, at the suspects' Cambridge apartment and other locations. There are parallels with CBS News's report of pipe bombs discovered in the Cambridge apartment, though authorities have not confirmed any findings as of yet.

If they stay true to form, the lot will be empty within 6 hours after the event and the debri will be sent to the moon...Cover up??? What cover up???

They could not tell a jury that there was nothing in the home so they blow up the home and claim it was full of explosives.

I though all the police departments and the BATF had those million dollar robots just for disarming houses.

Okay so there is an exploding house involved. It's schrodinger's cat house, maybe there is a terrorist inside it, maybe not, and maybe there is a hammer and some toxic substance in there, we aren't informed.

Notice the extreme sensitization now that the public has encountered an exploding thing? If it were the fourth of July and the explosions were all over the sky nothing bad but it's out of context and they start jumping at bubble wrap popping.

The house is supposed to explode. Wouldn't it be super genius of the bad guys to put all their stuff in there and destroy the evidence? These bad guys from blackwater/Xe/Academi/whatever name, who loved to party on the side with the guys who supply them their illicit party substance, because it's just a job to work for whatever person paid them to plant these explosives and pin it on the foreign guys in the area who had connections with substances, who knew these uniformed guys were up to no good so they split when someone kicked the hornet's nest of law enforcement?

It's so simple in hindsight with the right photos. Uniformed guys invite their buddies to the race, plant the explosives, and attempt to destroy the dumb boys who happen to be in drugs or organized crime on the side. So it's all related but not at all when you isolate incidents of trouble. There are a lot of good events out there with bad guys there because they are doing some other kind of crime, like pickpocketing or identity stealing.

So no, with the aforementioned scene, I don't think they're going to all go running to the explosion house. No this was just some side information mentioned, as the press person following the law enforcement person - or perhaps the two people are only one person, a law man with a side job in the press - citing a reason why he couldn't scrub every house from suspicion. It's kind of like an easter egg for the black helicopter crowd, so they can go on wild speculations reminiscing about 9/11.

No, plugging in the theory that the uniformed guys did it, that it was probably a retaliatory attack from all those heroin seizures recently, from the groups that travel from places like Afghanistan to the Ivory Coast, with Mali nearby.

Here is where the conspiracy shows up. That certain intelligence groups, not all military, may have trickled out this information to their bad guys to capitalize on the incident. So it was all there but they stood back because a disaster is more profitable to them than a capture.

Exploding house is a red herring.

And are there any reports of houses being demolished in Boston on this occasion?
If not, my main point stands, that "controlled explosion" has nothing to do with demolishing houses.
The object of the exercise is to "explode" an item while limiting the damage done in its environment.
