I agree fully, I'm just concerned about the way the media handles it.

Currently yes I think thats the only footage of 2nd explosion. I haven't heard anyone really talk about it in particular (or other images or videos). Same as the device they managed to deactivate literally 25 minutes after the first blast, very little info. But 7 News coverage has been good IMO (someone linked it on Twitter).

The news feed bar is also covering any sight of the 2nd explosion in news footage.

What I find odd about the second blast is that it's not normal for a second blast to be only seconds apart from the first. A bomber with the intention of killing as many people as possible would wait for first responders or others to gather in said area. Assuming the bombs are cell phone activated, this would have been the most reasonable course of action.

What's odd so far is a GIANT pool of blood closer to the street, possibly the same pool midnight posted. I can also see a person standing on or close to the burn mark you pointed out. I downloaded that file and am going through frame by frame, I'll post screen grabs if I come up with anything.

Actually you would want the first or first couple of explosions to herd people into an area for an additional explosion causing even more damage and chaos.

I watched the video multiple times, and watched the people around the main speaker to watch for reactions. The officers movement seemed odd to me, that's all.
