Help with New Topics

Was wondering if anyone else is having issues with the new topics page not opening?I can't seem to get it to load anymore.
If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.Thanks all.

Loads perfectly for me. Clear your internet cache and cookies, and history. Then try again.

It would also help to tell us what browser you're using, and if you tried another one.
