I do believe Denver is site 2 in case of National emergency crisis. But there are other things about it that keep me on my toes when a major player is in the vicinity be they Republican or Democrat.

Agreed entirely. There are a number of things about Denver that suggest it's a serious focal point for Federal Government planning and operations. Either currently to some extent, or just a full transition point to run to in the event D.C. is taken out (War or natural disaster...either one can happen, right?).

Of course..What's in Colorado Springs and then deeper in the mountains never sits too far from my thoughts when I hear major people in that area, either. It's a critical state, indeed.

He's currently in San Francisco, Ca. Just saw it on the news and I believe they stated he's at a fundraising event. Seems like he's not bunkered down in Denver. At least not yet.
