Which Party has the better immigration policys

Im interested in what people have to say on there canidates Immigration Policys.
I myself am immigrating at the moment, i actually just had my residency interview last tuesday where i was asked if i Had terrorest connection or conspiricy connections. of course i said no and i got a big rubber stamped yes.
My Wifes family are huge democratic party suporters, but she voted for the republicans beacause she thinks they have a better immigration polocy.
