THE COLLECTIVE, by William R. Herr, will be free for download for the next 4 1/2 days. It is an expansion on the work of Gustave Le Bon, and has received very good reviews. It seems appropriate for members of this forum, as it details the methods used for propaganda and broad-scale manipulation. The subject matter has been used in the rise of every major despot since its publication, and is widely utilized in advertising and political discourse. After April 1st, it will return to normal purchase status, and free downloads will be disabled.

Not trying to sell anything here, btw. Just giving a heads-up, in case anyone is interested in the mechanics of propaganda and broad-scale population control. Feel free, if you are so inclined, to rip it to shreds in a review.
