Obama's Away, So HIS Democratic Senate Votes To Undo 2.3% Medical Device Tax

A baby step to say the least. But even "true believers" like Al Franken and Bob Casey, Jr. voted to repeal the 2.3 % Medical Device Tax (which was supposed to fund the ironically named Affordable Care Act...where the actual funding will come from for those 30 million uninsured to be insured by ACA mandate is anyone's guess...).

The bipartisan 79 to 20 vote is basically just symbolic...actual defunding of the tax (and of ObamaCare) must come from the House of Representatives (maybe Nancy Pelosi has finally read the Bill and "found out what's in it."). Symbolic also, that this little vote (with the Democratic anarchy on such a "landmark" piece of legislation) was done when our Dear Leader was over in Israel. Wait til AF1 lands on US soil...some Chicago style payback will be on the way no doubt.

For the rest of us, Happy Third Anniversary of ObamaCare. I suggest celebrating with a piece of cake, but that has gluten, egg solids, vegetable shortening, food colorants and a host of "other" things that could cause a health issue and end up "costing" the collective precious health care funds...
