Contrail, so in other words, a trail that IS a cloud.

Is this a chemtrail or just an odd cloud?

Why did you use the term "chemtrail", and ignore the possibility of contrails?

We have a single image of some clouds in the sky. That's all. Some of them could be contrails. That is not really so unlikely, in fact. But there's no plane so it's hard to prove they're contrails.

On the same basis it's even tougher to argue that they're chemtrails, simply because the odds of them are less than the ordinary contrails produced 1000s of times a day by aircraft flying around.

We can't get any samples of those clouds to analyze, so that's about all there is to it.

You could also ask why this has to be an "odd cloud" and not just a cloud?

You know, I was wondering about that. I see clouds like that almost every day -- except when it's too cloudy to ummm see the clouds, if you follow me.
The clouds in that image don't look odd to me.

So yeah. I'd also like to know what's odd about them.
