What Creature is this ?

I was searching the web and came across this picture and was not sure if anyone had ever seen anything like it. It may be a hoax but I was not sure. It looks like it was a copy of a picture that was folded or something. The picture is of some cave creature that I have never seen before. Just wondering if anyone has any additional info on the same.

Wow. I'm glad someone clarified that because that photo was terrifying......honestly.

ive seen another photo of that EXACT same creature in a tree. but it looked rather photoshopped to me. but yeah that pic has been debunked before. but i must say, if it was real i would want to domesticate it and take it on the road and make money with it!

Yeah that is a pretty beastly creature.....wait a minute there is something behind it !!!!!!!!!
