Hacking The Planet, has the time finally come?

Hello this is my first post here on ats so go easy. I was recently watching my favorite fear channel (That the weather channel as of late) and saw an advertisement for a new show called "Hacking The Planet" where they are to go over some new ways to maybe control the weather. Now I know some believe that governments have been doing this for years. But is the time finally nearing to be let in on the secret if there is one? I mean if we could control the weather to any extent greater then shooting at clouds to make it rain it would be one of the biggest if not thee biggest advancement in the history of mankind. www.weather.com...
