The Word “Government” Means Mind Control in Latin

The OP is correct the word Government stems from a few languages. Note the word "Government is a compound word from ancient Greek and Latin.

So in essence we could assume that the word government means to steer or guide the mind.

Yeah, not an accurate analysis by OP. Better interpretation is "state of control" so not so blatant about mind control per se but not terribly far off.
