HIV Project

Do you belive that HIV has been a US Goverment project, that complety escaped from control?
I am asking you this ... because the first person that knew to have HIV, escaped from the hospital , and had sex with many prostitutes and helped a lot this virus to spread... How did he knew that the virus it's sexual transmited, and why he had to "escape" and "run" and "try to hide from goverment" ?

As a military weapon its kind of crappy because of its low level of transmission (not airbourne) and then the length of time it takes to kill.
