However in this case everything I quoted is ethically moral and valid. People do use these case cites to protect their freedoms. The ignorant masses think they must bend over for the police state. So instead of staying you abandoned your country in its time of need... Well what #hole did you move to that you think is better? Some place that has already taken your gun rights and some dictator rules?

I moved for business reasons about 10 years ago. I still like america the country, but not the rotten political system in place there. Conservatives only make a big deal about guns but leave the door wide open for wall street thugs to rob through the backdoor.

Wall Street and the inside trading, warmongering republicrats did amerika in real good. Blame them!

keep and bear arms.

keep speaks to where they are kept, stored, placed when not in use, or preserved in preparation for future use.

so to make a law that requires disassembly, barrel locks, trigger locks, magazine and bullets kept separate, gun safe etc are infringements on the right to keep arms.

bear arms speaks to carrying, possessing using, having and other actions.

laws that require certifications, licenses, registrations, permits, fees, background checks, magazine capacity, semi-full auto, and other law that act against the fringe of the core issue of arms is an infringement on the right to bear arms.

WHAT PART OF "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND.

I and other can explain it to you....we can not understand it for you.
