try putting music some modern music on thats fast paced and that you really like, this will give you confidence and sort of shift your thoughts if you
know what i mean. Also call someone, just talk about something, so that you dont feel alone and helpless
also, how do you know of the sensation of a hungry dangerous hunter trying to eat you? i mean, have you actually experienced this???
