How about a nice Mesculin Salad with a honey vinagrette, followed by sea scallops dusted in Spanish Paprika seared in a garlic sage butter, then a simple palliard of Kobe Beef topped with Truffle oil fresh ground white pepper & sea salt. I think Fresh Strawberries with a sweetened Creme Fraiche would finish things off nicely.
