Why is it that videos don't work?

Sorry, I'm an idiot for this. I'm sure someone's asked before.

Why is it that when you post a video, the box appears empty? How do you make the video show up?

I apologize if someone already asked this, I skimmed over the questions and didn't see it posted.

How do I make videos appear?

A normal youtube link looks like this:
www.youtube..._com/watch?v=13BahrdkMU8

You have to paste everything after the = into the box.

Sometimes you will see &featured at the end, you have to drop that too. So for the example of
www.youtube..._com/watch?v=13BahrdkMU8&featured

You would paste 13BahrdkMU8 into the box to embed it. I explain that clear enough? Ugh, the auto link converters don't help any, code tags would be nice lol.

If you do a search for "how to upload videos" you'll get a step by step instruction on it.

That's how I found out how to do it.
