Has anyone ever had a LBL regression here

am just curious, thinking of having one but not sure yet

saw Flipside, the doc on the Michael Newton LBL work, and given past experience, thought about having one done and have not committed yet

anyone had one, either with NI regressionist therapist or generally ?

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is an LBL?

LBL stands for Life Between Lives.

I attempted a meditation style regression at one point, but it was likely heavily influenced by the instructions from the author (Doreen Virtue).

I also participated in a group regression at a local festival, but have since read that the setting isn't the best for these types of things, as it's too easy to pick up what's happening to someone else.

Never been to a regressionist but have a friend very interested in practicing with me, and I've collected many scripts, deepenings, and videos. When we eventually have the time, which keeps being put off, we're going to do trial and errors until can create with audacity 2-3 hour sessions, and thats about what a good LBL takes, you have to get very deeply into it.

I think its the most important seeking people can do, within. And for healing too.

Never mind. I find myself retracting a lot of comments lately. I've got to be more careful wandering in the wrong doors....
