LOL why does it gross you out? You could use bow tie pasta, that would be good as well. I wouldn't use elbow, that wouldn't fit!

A "finer foods" market just opened a chain up by me, so I don't have to drive in to the city for specific ingredients. A few days ago it was cheese for saganaki, but I think I'll make a trip out tonight to grab some 'maters and such for this chicken.

Glad you can get higher quality herbs. I cringe when my friends go to Wal-Mart to get cilantro when there are authentic supermercados a few miles east. Sure, the neighborhoods look crummy, but the people work hard and appreciate that I respect their culture and language. Best queso fresco you'll ever find, too.
