Has anyone else seen the video of a Draconian/Alien thing?

First time poster here. Looking for a little help.

I've been searching around like mad for a video I saw a few years ago. The video was of a Draconian or of an Alien or creature of some sort. I'll do my best to describe the video as I remember it.
The video was shot durring the day in what looked like a South American or poor tropical town of some sort. The camera person was shooting through an alley or walk way towards the street.There were some plants or trees at the end of the walk way/alley. The court yard in the foreground, the alley/walkway was in the middle of the shot, and the street was in the background. There was some sort of commotion caused by some kids or dogs or birds or something that the camera person was shooting. They were trying to find out what was causing the comotion. As they were filming dow nthe alley, a reptilian creature that walked on 2 legs crossed the enterence to the alley/walk way and paused for a brief moment, then continued across the enterence and was gone.
Does anyone recall seeing this?
It was at least a year ago that I saw it but it was really freaky. I have no idea if it was a fake or not. I've been searching around here as well as on google and have come up with nothing. Any help would be apprectiated even if it's just a "Oh yeah. I saw that video too"

I has been so long since I've seen that movie that I forgot it was from a movie and not from an internet video clip.

Well even if its a movie, that scene is one of the most creepiest I have ever seen.

The sad part is that its more realistic than most other "true" alien videos out there.

I'm not sure if it's against the boards pollicy, but it would be cool if we could find a link to that clip.
It'd be perfect for the halloween weekend.

While I hated Signs, (and I usaully love Mel's work) that scene was very chilling. It was the only part of it that was decent.

I only saw a few parts of signs but that was one of the scenes i saw and for some reason it was very scary to me... it seemed like nothing and my cousin (1 year younger then me) didnt really get what was so scary but i donno i thought it was

I truly believe that is how most people would react to suddenly seeing an Alien in the flesh. Screaming, crying, freaking out and soiling themselves.

That scene was very disturbing to me as well.

What I couldn't get over was the fact no one had a gun. Not even a shotgun. Very disturbing.

It was a children's birthday party. Guns are not usually left out in the open or within easy access durring events of that nature. The scene also seemed to happen in less than one minute. Not alot of time to react.......

Guns are always ready where I am around ;-)

I know I would have had that baseball bat ready a lot earlier into the movie when they were locked in the the basement etc. I always find it odd that in these movies no one picks up a weapon to defend themselves with. An old board, a hammer, whatever! lol! I guess it adds to the suspense.

I love all of m night shyamalan's movies. One of my favorite directors.

if , as you claim this is a real event - can you supply more details / contacts for the camera operator ?

because just from watching the vid - several items concern me :

1 - lack of a ` flinch reflex ` when the ` alien ` comes into view

2 - pre zooming to where the ` alien ` will appear

3 - ` keep the camera rolling ` reaction - instead of resonding to the ` screams ` of the children

there may be explainations - but on first glance - the camera operators behaviour is very unusual - and demands investigation

that IS a clip from the movie signs, as stated earlier,where they are watching a news program reporting on the events portrayed in the film, to obviously give the viewer the impression invasion is happening around the world.
DEFINITELY from signs.
