LOL yes tis a bizarre thing, ive encountered it before when working at vet practices, although the dog in the video had a minor 'attack', some animals (and humans too) can progress to having severe 'attacks' of this syndrome, where they start causing damage to their own bodies.. luckily thats fairly rare..!

it does make for a funny video though..!
