It seems to look like Russia is back in the arms race big time once again, or maybe they never left at all!

I dont know, possible its time to stop supporting the Russian gov with sudsidies. With its arms and oil exports, she seems to be recovering well after the communist fall.

Russian arms exporters have brought more than 100 samples of weapons and military hardware to the Euronaval international exhibition in Paris, RIA-Novosti news agency reports. The exhibits include a submarine, a destroyer, a frigate and a family of corvettes.

What subsidies? There it an external debt but no subsidies.
