A song I'm looking for from late 90s early 00s

I don't know if it would have been popular in the US.
It was about a man making love to a woman on the bonnet/hood of his car.
I seem to remember one of the lyrics about her snapping/slapping him on his chest.

The music vid is the white artist singing the song next to a woman on the bonnet/hood of the car, in a desert I think.

Unfortunately I can't give much info.

Lots of people do not know the meaning of that song, funny in a way.
