It details a doctor who uses b12 to reverse MS symptoms.

I am speculating could some gray haired people be under a b12 difficiency?

From the video, it appears that she was MISdiagnosed. If that's the case, then B12 does NOT reverse the symptoms of MS. Correct me if I'm wrong. . .but that's what it appears to be.

I've been taking high doses of B vitamins for quite a while now .. I am also taking 3g of liposamal vitamin C now for a few couple of months after reading up on it .. I highly suggest it! .. it's raised my energy levels, keeps me feeling well and has improved my mood.. even improved my vision.. colors are more vibrant, things are sharper in appearance and I can now drive in the dark while it's raining more comfortably because the colored lines now "pop" so I can see them very clearly..

Well there's the whole point... lots of people are diagnosed wrongly and not checked for deficiencies .. My brother is the same way .. he was diagnosed with MS and is doing much better now for the same reason

I haven't watched the video, but my mom is diagnosed with MS, and she started going grey in her 30s. So maybe there's something to this. She has been doing way better, she can actually walk again, after she changed her diet and started eating more nutritious meals.
