cyber threat looms or is it a bankers set-up in the making

so with current events like
russia issuing highest threat warning to "diplomats in us" due to $114 bill withdrawn from us banks

to this article i found today

why do i suspect the tptb using this as a set-up or smoke screen in which
a hacker will clean us banks out
causing dollars collaspe
internet shutdown

2 birds with one stone
could even be 3 as this
could start civil unrest that allows martial law to be implemented

in this article they even state...

"The NSA-based U.S. Cyber Command is currently the military’s central point for conducting offensive cyber warfare, which is defined as attacking and degrading or destroying enemy information systems."

notice that "offensive" like used against iran's nuclear facility
could be a set-up very well
could even end up being blamed on Iranian Retaliation too

They need to blame the collapse of america on something right. Its not the out of control spending and multiple wars that did us in, it was cyber bank hackers...... RIGHT

from what i understand
most financial institutions here hold "virtual assets" anyways
funds will disappear like the gold did
but debts owed,deeds and mortgages held against the common man
not one of those will disappear
