Who knows? You may not stand there while a flashlight was pointed at you but how can we know "IF" there are alien beings how they would react...or even if they see light like we do. Maybe they have a totally different type of vision, don't see certain light wave lengths or only see heat or whatever....

why do people think that beings from another planet would act like us humans? They could well have psychic abilities to damage a person without any use of physical force, but we just dont know so we can't just use our known "standards" of how a living creature should behave...but i gotta agree that the video looks too crisp for it to be from 1982
