The UN treaty will be giving our governments and other more control over guns, while taking our rights away at dame time. It will need two-thirds senate vote. Think it will get it? This will be on top of other laws they are trying to pit against second amendment.

"How would we use a treaty that gives enormous discretion to the Administration on the import and export of arms? Essentially, it would give the Administration much more control than it already has."

"A more subtle flaw, notes Bromund, is that any badly designed treaty that the U.S. agrees to at the negotiations, and that the President signs, can have an effect on U.S. laws and regulations even though it would still need to be ratified by the Senate, which must approve international agreements by a two-thirds majority."

I think it then be incumbent upon each state to nullify such agreements at the state level, as well as exempting any firearms produced within the state from such federal or international agreements....
As well as up to County Sherriffs to uphold state legislations of such nature, and arrest federal LEOs who infringe the state laws.
