Hello everyone, I"M NEW!!!!!

I too am quite new to ATS and am having a few difficulties with some things and wonder can some of the Pros here help? How in the heck do I get an avatar, background, etc. to appear? I go to the editing tools but it asks for URLs and presents a "SUBMIT" button and I have no idea how to utilize those functions. In the past, on other sites, I just had to download an image from a file or something I'd previously chosen and saved. Other then that I really like ATS and the plethora of wide-ranging topics, issues, and discussions.
