That's an opinion piece that I linked to at the Pravda website. The facts contained in it appear to be correct to me.
Who are the people asking for U.S. support in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Syria, Mali, and Iraq?

Oh, and what a horrible argument for U.S. crimes! You're basically saying that if the U.S. doesn't commit crimes than some other government will.

The fact that it's an opinion piece doesn't make it any more credible. It's someone's opinion. I can write an opinion about anything and that doesn't mean that it's credible. And how many of the facts are right, because you hate the US and want them to be?

The campaign in Mali and in Libya was led by Europe. The US was a participant, but France and other European and Arab nations took the lead.

Way to twist what I said. It's not an argument for US activities, it's a simple fact. If the US is gone, the world won't suddenly be safer, and everyone love each other, and sit around singing Khumbaya. Someone else will step in and fill the role, and it might not be as you claim the US does, but by simply going in and taking over.

One of the best movies that would shut them up in my opinion is The world without US.

It's up to a dozen nations assisting the French now. Included are the UK, Denmark, Canada, Germany, Italy, and Belgium.

An RAF Sentinel has now joined the campaign. The Sentinel is similar to the USAF J-8 J-STARS, and uses a radar system to track targets on the ground. The Sentinel is scheduled to be retired at the end of the Afghanistan campaign, but uses in Libya and Mali may help convince the MoD and others to keep them around.

The US has decided to provide additional support in the form of tankers. France had requested assistance with the refueling mission, but initially the US only provided airlift, and ISR support.

The last city demon stronghold - kidal, awaits as the French troops retook the airport there hours ago.

Right now, the Taureg separatist group MNLA, whom had been living in Northern Mali, claims that it welcomes French Intervention and will help the French to hunt down the radical misused Islamists demons, BUT will attack black african troops if they are sent there.

If the tauregs wish to be like the demons - 'open the gates' of hell upon black troops, then they best get lost fast.

Everyone of the tauregs group - MNLA and Ansar Dine, should be hanged for Treason, for supporting the radical islamists demons in the first place and brought much pain and suffering to even moderate muslims living in the North, and attempting to take over the south and entire nation.

They claimed to seek only independence for Northern Mali, as their white arabic bastion azawad nation, and had been fighting the Foreigner radical islamist demons.

Thats PURE BS. For nine months, while both innocent tauregs and malians had been brutally treated by the demons, the taureg separatist groups did NOTHING, but many, espacially Ansar Dine, even helped to launch the conquest upon the south.

If not for France and UN intervention, the white tauregs and the islamists would be ruling in Mali now, with the african malians enslaved and subjugated by a religon mis-interpreted and twisted from the demons.

The black africans have every right to be angry with the tauregs now. For centuries, the arabic tauregs were the slave owners and traders of the southern black, right up till the 20th century. It was only at independence, and finally a democratic election and govt ruled in 2002, that everyone was treated equal. There were even tauregs serving in the Malian army and govt services.

But the separatists groups had gone too far this time, invited its brother arab demons into Mali to destory the nation and people.

The only choice left for them now is to be exterminated as every single of the radical islamist demons will be soon, or give up on its violent separatists delusions.

If it is representation they want, they can form a political party and challenge in peaceful elections, if the freed moderate tauregs will still ever trust them after what they had inflicted on them in the North, or seek for minority representation and protection from the Constitution and President.

The days of conquests are over. No mortal will stand for it. There will be no countenance of these separatist tauregs, whom sought for power only for themselves and not welfare for the rest of the tauregs and african blacks in Mali.

Best they give up violence, support the UN effort with intelligence, and seek legal means to address social issues. Enough of pain and suffering in Mali. Every innocent human life is precious and means something special to another.

The US has begun flights with three KC-135 aircraft flying out of RAF Mindenhall. They're flying out of Moron AB in Spain. They also have supplied 40 flight hours of a C-17 based in Hungary to the ones flying out of Sweden in support of the operations. These aircraft are added to the RAF and CAF C-17s operating. Belgium will fly two AW-109 helicopters for MEDEVAC operations to the area aboard a chartered Il-76 aircraft.

The UK will also send 300 troops as trainers for local forces. No word on when that will take place.

The French have released a video of aircraft, including Tigre helicopter gunships, attacking targets in Mali. French forces have taken the airports at Timbuktu and Gao.

The French Navy Dixumde Mistral class LHD has sailed in support of Operation Serval. She is carrying a record (for the class) number of troops, equipment, and vehicles belonging to a French Batallion Task Force. Every deck that has room has vehicles jammed into them. If they were to stretch the vehicles nose to tail, they would stretch 3.7 miles. They include VBCI Infantry Fighting Vehicles, AMX10RC anti-tank armored reconnaissance vehicles, VAB armored personnel carriers/ambulances, VBL armored vehicles, refueling trucks, and supply trucks.
