Who would win?

Both are Geniuses

Both are Carnivores

and both are Atheists

for starter, we only uses the Ani-Toonspiracy versions of Lex Luthor and Hannibal Lecter for most part

Sorry! the version of Lex Luthor that my project uses are mostly relies on other people when fights(to the point he don't use his Robot Suit)
