Mexican officials: Wild dogs mauled, killed four in park - but was it dogs?

Where I was in Iraq had a multitude of wild dogs and I mean a lot. They were defiantly not your domestic couch dwellers here in the states. In a few cases we had to shoot them because they simply would not back down and there was no misinterpretation of their intent.

Do I think a few dogs could have done this? In a heartbeat. Then the dogs would have fought among themselves to determine who got which parts. Probably why the bodies were torn up.
