im new so i cant put this in the proper place somewhere between rant and terror

i live in edmonton and i came across this today, it made me think of something that i think of every time i see it

i hear about a dozen people watching this stuff happen all the time. well its sick that the people of the world will not step in out of fear...i can understand fear i have been afraid, but think whats more scary being beat to death while seeing people around you watch or watching some one be beat to death. we have the power to stop this kinda stuff .... i dont care about whos right and whos wrong
between the east indian guy dieing on the train tracks to bullying in the school ground ..all the way around the man with a gun robbing the bank
( with great power comes great responsability ) ...
well id take the power to save you ... would you take it to save me ....
