It appears he filmed a meteorite heading directly at him. It had an orbiting fragment and the two exploded in the atmosphere.

Thanks for posting. Yup, on another thread, same film. But you'll be told 'what' it is, without really reading or hearing about it from official communications. I just caught this, but at the end of the news broadcast (the newscasters are kinda silly) but they said they contacted the Vatican and they thought it had something to do with light refraction........I really don't know what it was, but I don't think it was that!!
