Could you help us out here?
I'm not seeing what you are. Maybe if you draw on it in paint and highlight what you see and re-post what you're talking about in more detail?

Have you checked sites on the ancient Incans and looked at what the symbols represent? And have you looked at a picture of the whole stone? Often things "seem to be" something when you look at only a part of the object.

I posted what I see. I have seen several Inca artifacts that have more ancient alien looking carvings than this one. Look through some of the other posts people see what they want to see in a very simple carving like this one.
Now here is an image of Inca artifacts that frankly represent a flying device (not a bird!) to me.

It's Quiauhtonatiuh, the representation of the cataclysm that brought about the end of the "third epoch" or age. And don't even ask me how to pronounce that.
According to Aztec belief, the third age was brought to an end by "The Rain of Fire Sun", so that's what the glyph represents.
How that visually represents "Rain of Fire Sun", I got no clue 'cuz I sure ain't seeing it. But that's what it's supposed to be.

I'm afraid that the websites you're reading aren't reliable sources about those artifacts. They are not Inca (and not Aztec) but, rather, from the Tolima culture (Central America). I've seen them in the Museo del Oro in San Juan, Costa Rica. And the "flying device" people are (seriously) cherry picking a few of the hundreds of items.
