The Lights I've Seen

Hello everyone,

I've recently been privy to seeing yet another light, but it was not a UFO. The first UFO I saw was on October 12th, 2002, but a couple days ago I saw one from about a distance of 200 feet. This light wobbled for a bit in the sky and intelligently moved, it was too small to be a UFO capable of having an occupant. So, anyone else seen a intelligent light up-close that is too small for occupants or heard of anyone seeing such a thing?


P.S. The light made an almost inaudible sound when it went back into the sky at increbible an speed, the sound was like a fading "whoosh".
