Alien Athletes

I was wondering if anybody here has ever heard of an athlete being of another species. because if you think about it, athletes have a lot of followers and have a bit of control over people.

Just wanted to know if anybody here knew of any and would like to share their thoughts.

I could see Bruce Lee being somewhat of an alien. He revolutionized martial arts and created his own unorthodox style. The man was completely ripped, with maybe 1% of body fat. Incredibly fast. And there is almost a cult-like aspect to his 'teachings'. Not to mention his mysterious death.

I think he was either an alien or broke out of the matrix into 'the real world'

This seems to be completely off topic, but I'll add my thoughts to this. The fact that Mr Lee, in his physical prime, allegedly died of a Cerebral Edema as a result of an allergic reaction caused by headache pills prescribed to a close friend of his does sound a bit odd.

But hey, oddities happen all the time, and it doesn't necessarily have to mean anything.

That is true. But then again, many other Chinesse and Japanesse mobsters were after him. He even got shot once while filming a movie. But Bruce Lee could have definetly been one. Just imagine if all aliens fight like Bruce, we would get our butts kicked if they were to invade!!!

I'm not so sure about that one. The only documented serious injury he suffered during filming, at least that I know of, was a severely cut hand from accidentally punching into a broken beer bottle held by Bob Wall in Enter The Dragon.

However his son did get shot and killed.

Im about 99% sure he was, supposably they were supposed to be blanks but somebody replaced them. Ill look more into it, and try to get some proof. If not, Sorry for the mistake.

Yeah, that was Brandon, his son. Of course it did happen to Bruce in the storyline of Game of Death too though.. you may have remembered that one and gotten it mixed up.

Brandon Lee, his son, was the one shot, and killed during filming of the Crow. The wadding from a blank cartridge had lodged in the barel of a gun, and then when another blank was fired, the wadding fired out at the speed of a bullet, hitting Brandon, and killing him.

Bruce Lee was not shot, and was not an alien.

Thats probably what i was thinking of, thanks for that clearafication Durden.

My pleasure. Glad to actually have some use for this nerdy interest of mine when in comes to Mr Lee.
