A mysterious object is seen outside the window of a passenger aircraft en route from LaGuardia airport to Houston,TX over the skies of Chicago [ December 23 , 2012 ]



Statement from the OP :

I removed the previous postings due to the fact that they showed passengers inside the plane. Also, the fight attendant was shown as well. Since I don't have their permission to post both passengers and flight attendant, I cut the footage short in order to show the main part. I have sent to the FAA the short footage for them to review it and give me some explanation as to what it could have been. I will keep you all posted on what they say. Granted, it could be anything from a distance. However the footage is real and it is now under the hands of the FAA . I do not want anyone else to handle this until the FAA returns their input. Please give me time. Many have requested interviews and the actual footage. UFOlogist please be patient.

It kept pace and it just got dimmer and faded out.

The object is not a reflection : Because the person waves his hand in front of the window and you see the reflection of his hand without the UFO changing in any way .

What do you say ?

The Object appears like this when the color is inverted :

i dont see his hands reflection on the window when he zooms in. if he is really doing that with his hand in front of the window and zooming in, you would see it still. you can really see what im talking about in the second part of the video well.

maybe im nuts? or maybe the camera is not able to focus well when zoomed

I'll say everything before the debunkers come along. Its a water droplet. Its a sticker outside the window. Its a Chinese lantern stuck on the wing. Its an internal reflection on the camera. Its a football stadium far away in the distance because the plane is banking left. Its a flying hootenanny with whistles and bells. Your not on a plane and filmed it at home adding it with CGI. The video is just of plane darkness with the intention of adding a UFO afterwords.


Apart from all that... Ooooooooh! Wonder if anyone else on the plane seen it.

Could it be lights wing?

That is a reflection on the wing of the vertical stab logo lights. They light up the tail so that the tower can better identify taxiing planes. It "disappeared" when the pilot turned off those lights.

It looks like it might also be the front logo lights or maybe a reflection of the landing lights illuminating the side of the plane since you can see the nav strobe lighting the wing behind the reflection.

I was wondering the same thing. Grant it, this was only a minute long but I wonder if he called other people over to witness it?
We live in such a deceiving time of trickery that we can only give videos like this, our attention and that's about it. Our opinions are getting too boring, too redundant, too primitive, too cynical and are almost rendered useless now-a-days.

But this is a very interesting piece for whatever it's worth.

Obviously not a reflection, not the moon, not as star or planet. Water droplet......I doubt it.
Maybe another plane flying in the same path but at a distance and we are seeing the lights from inside the passenger cabin?

why not start notifying other passengers and film them and be like DO YOU SEE THAT OR AM I MENTALLY INSANE? I would be making such an uproar they would think I was highjacking the plane until everyone looked out the window and pissed their pants...

You're right. There's nothing on an aircraft wing that could possibly reflect light back toward the passengers. No matter where you're sitting.

Except that, unless I'm mistaken, it isn't our OP that madethis video. This video was found on YouTube. Note however, that the person filming this video appears to be a UFO enthusiast. At least enough to know people are going to claim that this was an internal cabin light being reflected if he didn't pass his hand in front of the light.

Also, the ticket info and make of plane wasn't divulged. So what we have here is a light that looks just like the light I posted above, flying at the exact same relative position to Tue passenger's window...

Its the light on the end of the plane's wing.

It isn't, as those lights are required to be illuminated during flight. It is likely a reflection of the landing lights on a wing surface somewhere - winglet perhaps.

You are correct that it doesn't move, so the source is the plane itself. Some people will believe anything, though.

I never saw the light go out. I saw the dude cover up the light with his hand.

ETA: Looking again I see the light 'blink out at an obvious edit point. Haha. Yeah, not the light at the end of the wing, but a reflection of another light.
