So where is this picture now? You can write all you want, but without the actual evidence we don't have to believe you. It's also possible that the picture is false-color, like many images from MRO, so the blue "water" is really dark sand dunes. Examples (false-colour and true-colour):

Science on Mars is done by several countries and many scientists, not just NASA. The sky on Mars is mostly butterscotch or yellowish-brown in colour, as seen in the pictures from Curiosity rover. The martian sky is this colour due to all the dust in the atmosphere.

the picture i have no idea, it was six years ago, and it was on ats, also, i could point a camera and a deserted area, and say on earth, its dry, no life, and give it to someone from another planet and trick them, the same can be done by nasa, and yes the sky color is correct but its not as red as they made it out to be before photos, if it is deserted, why do we need to waist money on it!? because nasa wants to be there for other reasons but needs public support so they feed us dribble while the realy experiments and projects are carried ou =t behind the scenes.
